Terms of Service

Zentrum Resume Builder lets you write a resume, choose from a set of templates, optionally generate draft wording with AI, and download the result as a PDF. It is free to use. You can use it without an account; creating one lets you save resumes and reopen them later.

• Give an email address you actually control — it is the only way to recover access.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• One account per person. Don't share logins.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Tell us at info@zentrumsolutions.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

You own everything you write. We claim no rights over your resume content, and we don't use it to train AI models or share it with anyone.

You give us permission to store and display your resumes solely so we can show them back to you and render your PDF. That permission ends when you delete the resume or close your account.

You are responsible for what you write, and for having the right to use any logos, names or other material you add.

The “Generate with AI” buttons produce draft wording using Google's Gemini models. These drafts are a starting point, not finished copy.

Read every AI suggestion before you use it. AI can produce wording that is generic, subtly wrong, or that implies experience you don't have. You are responsible for the accuracy of your finished resume.

We deliberately instruct the model not to invent employers, dates or figures, and generated bullet points leave placeholders such as “X%” for you to fill in. Even so, misrepresenting your qualifications is your responsibility, not ours, and can have serious consequences with employers.

AI output is not unique to you. Another user with similar input may receive similar wording, so we can't promise it is original or protectable.

Please don't:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, impersonate or defraud anyone.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use.
• Try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.
• Scrape the site, or drive the AI endpoint automatically. It is rate limited, and we may block traffic that abuses it.
• Resell the service or pass it off as your own product.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. Features may be added or removed.

Download a PDF copy of any resume that matters to you. Don't rely on this service as your only copy.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Zentrum Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service — including lost opportunities, lost job offers, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Because the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to resupplying the service.

You can stop using the service at any time, delete your saved resumes from your dashboard, or ask us to close your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and will explain why where we reasonably can.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. It forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under your own local law.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
